At Kalt Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return, exchange, and refund policy. Please read the following guidelines to understand how these processes work.

Return Cost

Kalt will cover return shipping costs only if the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent or a defective product).

Returns and Exchanges

14-Day Right of Withdrawal Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU, as amended), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please complete the form below before the 14-day deadline. We will confirm receipt of your request and provide return instructions. Please note: this right does not apply to custom-made or personalised items. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

If you'd like to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size or style), we're happy to assist. In this case, you will cover the shipping costs.
