Refunds & Returns

At Kalt Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return, exchange, and refund policy. Please read the following guidelines to understand how these processes work.

Return Cost

Kalt will cover return shipping costs only if the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent or a defective product).

30 Days to Return

Please note: Only non-personalised items are eligible for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Once we receive and approve the returned item, a full or partial refund will be issued within 7 days.

Returns and Exchanges

You have the right to return any new, unworn, or unused product within 14 days of receiving it. Items should be returned in their original packaging when applicable and should only be used to try on for size or fit. If there are signs that the item has been used in a way that reduces its value, the return may be refused or only partially refunded. If you'd like to exchange an item (e.g. for a different size or style), we're happy to assist. In this case, you will cover the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we will cover the shipping of the replacement item to you.
